AutoBrief offers three user packages, tailored to the different needs of vehicle dealers. When choosing a package, consider which functionalities you need for your business.

This package is primarily suitable for smaller dealers who only want to issue financing, advertise vehicles on portals, or buy at auctions. However, they do not need an invoicing system.

The Starter package is the most common choice for dealers, as it enables complete management of vehicle sales.

This package is intended for companies that want to advancedly monitor business operations and manage multiple teams or locations.

Package Management

Package selection is possible within user account settings → Packages and Subscription

To manage the package, you need Admin rights.

There you can see which package you are currently using, how many days the package is still active, and upgrade options.


Package change

You can always upgrade the package directly in the platform

Possible upgrades:

  • MINI → STARTER
  • MINI → PRO
  • STARTER → PRO
  • monthly subscription → annual subscription

The upgrade is immediately active and provides access to additional features.


Switching to a smaller package

Reducing the package (downgrade) cannot be performed directly in the platform, as this would limit the functionalities you are currently using.

Examples:

  • Change from PRO to STARTER: Access to the Goods and Services module is restricted, multi-location operations are disabled and business insights are unavailable.
  • Change to MINI package: The free Mini package does not allow administration, invoicing, document preparation or multiple users. Upon change, all accesses related to paid packages are lost.

Because these modules often contain important business data, a downgrade requires team assistance.


Package cancellation

You can cancel usage anytime you wish, without additional costs (except in case of cancellation in the middle of the current month - this will be settled, and you will not receive any new invoices thereafter). Read more about subscription payments here.
