Registering new users in AutoBrief

To use the AutoBrief platform, every user must have their own user account. Login and registration are possible via the link on the official website https://autobrief.io/en/ .


For successful registration you need the following information:

Company information

  • company tax number,
  • company name (AutoBrief is a B2B platform so registration is intended for companies (legal entities or sole proprietors),
  • indication of whether you are a tax payer or not.

User information

  • email address,
  • password,
  • first and last name,
  • phone number,
  • country,
  • how you found out about AutoBrief.

At the end of registration you choose the package you wish to use during the trial period.

Tip: For a full experience, we recommend choosing the STARTER or PRO.

Both packages allow you to test invoice issuance, document creation and administration. This way you can fully check how AutoBrief supports your business.

Free trial period (Free Trial)

Upon registration you receive a 14-day free trial period.

What you need to know:

  • No credit card entry is required upon registration.
  • After the trial period expires, we will not automatically charge you for a subscription.
  • Before the trial period expires, the system will notify you via email in a timely manner.
  • After the trial period concludes, you can choose a paid package or the free MINI package for continued use.

To start the trial process, we recommend following the recommended initial steps .


Why should each user have their own account?

We recommend that each employee has their own user account, as this allows for:

  • better traceability (who created the invoice, offer, document, etc.),
  • clearer accountability when issuing invoices,
  • traceability when purchasing vehicles at auctions.

Specific functionalities are tied to the actual user account, so it is important that each colleague uses their own access.
